This is not and should not be a repairing instruction, it's just a hint what is to do to keep the bike clear and to ride safely.

If you have proper tools and if you know how to use them, and if you know what you're doing, you can do this job.

Safety relevant things; you should be a qualified mechanic to do these jobs or you should let it do by a qualified mechanic.
For some *-jobs I have a short description, for the **-jobs I don't. I think whoever dares to do these things, and has the know-how to do, will know what to do. For all the others it's better not to know...
