Frame numbers you will find on the right side of the stearing stem, or on a
sticker on the right frame tube. Color code (f.e. YR151M (my bike)) and type
code (f.e. XL600VJ), you will find on a sticker on the right frame tube below the seat.
Color descriptions came in french originally, I tried to
translate them to English as good, as I can ;-)).
I hope, these things are valid all over the world, even
though I can't guarantee it ...
